Yes, you read that right. You can support an amazing cause and have the chance to win an HTC Thunderbolt.

The good reverend Ray Walters (from Android Guys) and his motley crew of The Warrensburg First Church of the Nazarene Youth Group have teamed up with Streamly TV and some heavy hitters in the Android Community to launch Pong for Hope, a fundraiser to benefit the American Heart Association. The group has been playing pong since noon on Friday, and have already raised nearly $5,000 of their $6,000 goal.

In an effort to meet the $6,000 goal, Pong for Hope has teamed up with Android Beanie to launch a behemoth of a prize package, including the new HTC Thunderbolt phone on the Verizon network.  The full prize package includes the following:

  • A brand new HTC Thunderbolt on the Verizon Network
  • 3 Months of VPS hosting from TDRevolution.com.  This is the “small account”, which is really not small, check out what they give you by clickinghere.
  • 1 case of Series One Android Figurines, some of the last ones out there!  Compliments of AndroidSWAG.com!
  • A remote control UJ 4801 Helicopter from FreeRide Bike and Skate in Warrensburg, MO
  • 2 free admission tickets to the Big Android BBQ

All you have to do is donate at least $60 to enter. Feeling extra generous? $100 will net you 3 entries into the competition, and $200 will net you 8 entries.  The prize package is worth a whopping $1,045.

So if you have some money burning a hole in your pocket, and want it to go to an awesome cause, head on over to the pongforhope website and give give give! And make sure you check out the live feed on streamly.tv.
